Broker's Comments

This converted fishing boat offers accommodation in three cabins below deck and a spacious galley in the wheelhouse. Moored at Platt's Eyot on the Thames near Hampton, the vessel would make an ideal pied a terre. Current fee for the leisure mooring is approximately £300/month. Hampton station is 10 minutes walk, with regular services to Waterloo.

The vessel has been maintained by the local boatyard on the island. She was last out of the water in 2016 when some planking was replaced. The deck was sheathed in 2008.

This Converted MFV 54ft has been personally photographed and viewed by Angus Rose & Ben Evans of Boatshed Thames. Click here for contact details.
