A lovely live aboard that has had one owner from new and has extensively cruised the canal network.Built to the owners specifications from the shell.It includes a lovely gallery with granite work tops and a Belfast sink and a spacious bathroom with a corner bath, shower and under floor heating.There is also a Washing Machine.The boat also benefits from Cabin Heating and Morso Squirrel Solid Fuel fire.The boat is now out of the water being used as a live aboard whilst the owner completes the building of his property.
