The superb vetus Deutz engine, the large generator and the calorifier are all housed in a large engine room beneath the wheelhouse.

The entire boat is finished in two pack epoxy resin, with a seven year guarantee. The paintwork is superb and the woodwork is oiled hardwood. The aluminium roofed wheelhouse is demountable to reduce the air draft from10'6" to 6'9" (3.2m - 2.06m).
The water tank is stainless steel and the holding tank steel, lined with 2 pack epoxy. The 100 litre hot water tank has a twin coil calorifier heated by engine waste heat, the central heating boiler or 240v immersion heater.

Comentario del broker
This is the type of boat that doesn't come to market very often and when it does it is an opportunity to be seized. It is perhaps the finest Dutch Barge on the Grand Union.
The sweeping curve of the hull is echoed in the lines of the superstructure in that unmatched, Bluewater style. The finish in paintwork on 'two pack' is superb, gleaming and very eye catching. The wheelhouse and dog box are in glowing hardwood and allow the light to flood into the boat. Generous windows add to the light and airy feel.
The interior has the feel of the most luxurious apartment, with fitted furnishing that are superbly designed to enhance the ambience of opulence.
The attention to detail and quality throughout is impressive; from the comprehensive suite of engineering and service equipment to the well thought out galley and the magnificent accommodation.
A beautiful serviced mooring is available close to Heathrow and with an easy commute to London. For an overseas buyer a management and maintenance service can be arranged, including short term repositioning to the Thames or central London.
This, my friends, is the boat that we all dream of. The new owner will be a very lucky person indeed.
