Caroline owns and operates Boatshed North Wales with Andy, her husband.

Caroline's business background is in marketing and project management but after many years' working in London, she didn't find it too hard to make the decision to exchange office life for life aboard a sloop based in St Lucia. With less urgent deadlines and a considerably better view, the Caribbean became home for a few years where Caroline and her husband Andy ran charter yachts.

The couple returned to the UK in 2003 and settled near Pwllheli, North Wales where they set up Topline Yacht Charters, an online yacht charter company specialising in arranging crewed yacht charters in the Caribbean.

Caroline works very closely with Andy selling a wide range of used boats for including sailing boats, motor yachts and power boats of all sizes and specifications.
